Cortell is an online retailer based in Pakistan, offering imported supplement gummies, currently sourced from Fine's Health, Turkey. We sell directly to consumers through our website.

However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or product information, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund where payment has already been made.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and, where available, online payment through our secure payment partner.
  • For online payments, your payment information is processed directly and securely by our payment provider. Cortell does not store your full card or payment details.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders promptly, though delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and courier availability.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Cortell, though we will do our best to assist and communicate any known delays.
