When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Major cities are usually on the faster end, more remote areas may take a bit longer. You'll get a confirmation email once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made by Fine's Health in Turkey and imported directly for Cortell. Every product we sell is real, sealed, and sourced the same way, nothing repackaged or relabeled.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on your location, order size, and delivery distance. You'll see the exact charge calculated at checkout before you complete your order, no surprises.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on every order across Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives at your door.
